Panic Room, 2002

Fear, panic. chaos.
The panic room is the safest place in a house(the red rectangle with white bars in the center). But there is the panic at its highest. The room is built on fear and with fear(the yellow rectangle around the red one). The fear is fed by a bunch of external sources ( yellow lines coming into the yellow rectangle). You can't escape the fear, it is inside you. The panic room is not a safe place, it is a trap.

Dawn in any city, 2011
People make up the face of a city. They can brighten a gray, gloomy and depressing city. They can ruin a perfect town. People add colors to the buildings and streets. But as the number of people swells, you start feeling overwhelmed by the mobs. You feel like a sand grain in the sea - isolated and insignificant. You feel very lonely and crowded at the same time. That's why you are trying to escape : behind a newspaper, into the headphones or onto the internet.

When I finished writing about this work, I have realized that I already have a post about it. So for those who are interested here the link to the same artwork.

Kleine Hafenstadt [Small Harbour Town]
Small Town. Everything is nearby, everything is on the view. The town is clean, boring and washed out. The harbor is the base of town and a thorn in its side(the dark brown boat in the lower middle). The town has a well-hidden secret. It has a source of energy and dreams(a dark green structure in the middle left). This source prepares the Town for something big, it pushes the Town to move on. The Town is ready. It is to sail to high seas any minute now (the ship-like structure in the upper middle and the sea-like skies in the upper half).

Escape Plane
You want to escape. You have planned everything. Anticipated every detail. Stiff opposition(a ribbon in the lower middle). Flexible plan, so you can change it according to the kaleidoscope of circumstances.Bold moves(green stain in the middle). Desperate fight (the black figure in the middle). The help from outside(the brighter beige insurgence from the right middle into the fight figure). There is only one thing you didn't take into the account - you are escaping from one boxed square into another....

About the moon

This is Alcoholism. The wineglasses make everything clear, bright and sterile white( bottom). The alcohol is protecting. But the blunt grey reality is still here(the upper left and upper center). The reality puts pressure on the  wineglasses. For sometime it holds, but the basis is very tipsy. In the reality corner some events made things appear upside-down or overturned. There are some glass stains apparently made with blood.
