Set Sail
You don't know where you are going. Everything is foggy. But you have hull of steel confidence. Your sails are full of hope. Your engines are curiosity and search for new knowledge. The desire for new adventures lights your way(orange spots). The chances are big that before you get to the adventures, the routine(grey fields) will dissolve you. Or you will too close to the danger and will be burn as a butterfly which got too close to fire.

Sails, 1955
The left part(two rectangles) is how you imagine an adventure. The wind practically is tearing off the sails. You are full of hope, energy and speed. The shining polished ship is clipping the distance with astonishing velocity. The right part(the 3 small rectangles) is how it happens in real life. You are advancing in small, well calculated steps. You are working very hard to do a routine work over and over again. Only when you overcome all of those and all of pains then you get to the summit. But it is not an adventure, it is a victory over yourself. This is summit of your spirit.

black cave, 2011
The Cave is black, scary and unknown(the black overlapping figure). When you enter the cave, you feel fear(black). But under the fear there is hope and curiosity (blue smudges at the bottom). Those two takes you deeper and deeper inside. You think you will find something interesting, if not valuable(yellow background in the upper right). And when you return from your adventure, you are hoping you will sit with your friends, drink wine(burgundy on the left side) and tell stories about the cave. The overall figure looks like a slice of bread. Black bread. It's just a reminder that it is dangerous and you can get "burned" any minute.  But it's like food for you, you cannot live without adventures.

Boy Untitled 1 (Mallorca)

The boy is very innocent(lots of pink). He is very passionate(reds). He is full of dreams and hopes(blues). He imagines wild adventures. He dreams about boats flying under a strong wind with full sail. He is absolutely sure that there are no problems or difficulties  that he can't overcome with his extraordinary abilities. But sometimes his ship of dreams crashes against the concrete of reality(the lower right corner) and the fog of imagination opens up(the white stain).
