Weekend Edition 21

Wassily Kandinsky

Composition VIII, 1923
This is ambitions. This is an inernal drive to be better, different than others. It pushes you up. It makes you do better (the blue angle in the upper left center and the white angle in the upper center). the more you improve yourself the further you go(mast-like structure on the top of the blue angle). Sometimes it looks like a race, you see a structure similar to tic-tac-toe board on the middle right and a clock in the center. Some people get filled with negative feelings (angles with squares especially with black squares). Those people instead of improving themlseves are trying to get ahead by interfering with the progress of others. It would take them far (the angles are pointing to the sides if not straight down). The single lines are the obstacles that you have to overcome. The cirles are people or events that influence your movement.

Kleine Hafenstadt [Small Harbour Town]
Small Town. Everything is nearby, everything is on the view. The town is clean, boring and washed out. The harbor is the base of town and a thorn in its side(the dark brown boat in the lower middle). The town has a well-hidden secret. It has a source of energy and dreams(a dark green structure in the middle left). This source prepares the Town for something big, it pushes the Town to move on. The Town is ready. It is to sail to high seas any minute now (the ship-like structure in the upper middle and the sea-like skies in the upper half).

Burn-3

This is ambitions. Everyone is going up. A lot of them got burned, broken and depressed. Just a few lucky ones survive at the top. Nevertheless everyone strives to get as high as possible. It is very hard to beat the psychology of the crowd. Is there an alternative route? And if you follow it, would make you an outcast or a new trend setter?
