Dawn in any city, 2011
People make up the face of a city. They can brighten a gray, gloomy and depressing city. They can ruin a perfect town. People add colors to the buildings and streets. But as the number of people swells, you start feeling overwhelmed by the mobs. You feel like a sand grain in the sea - isolated and insignificant. You feel very lonely and crowded at the same time. That's why you are trying to escape : behind a newspaper, into the headphones or onto the internet.

When I finished writing about this work, I have realized that I already have a post about it. So for those who are interested here the link to the same artwork.

Kleine Hafenstadt [Small Harbour Town]
Small Town. Everything is nearby, everything is on the view. The town is clean, boring and washed out. The harbor is the base of town and a thorn in its side(the dark brown boat in the lower middle). The town has a well-hidden secret. It has a source of energy and dreams(a dark green structure in the middle left). This source prepares the Town for something big, it pushes the Town to move on. The Town is ready. It is to sail to high seas any minute now (the ship-like structure in the upper middle and the sea-like skies in the upper half).

Metropolis
Metropolis is a huge concentration of people. They live literally shoulder to shoulder ( those countless parallel lines). They all are trying to keep the cool poker face and some boundaries(green-blue framework). But underneath there are boiling hot(red, white) feelings, relations and events. All those are happening very dense to each other in small confinements.
